Yoga & a Pint at Goodwater Brewery

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Williston and Goodwater Brewery are joining forces to offer a physical therapist approved, all levels yoga class taught by Zach Wilson (RYT 200, PTA) followed by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage at the Goodwater taproom. This class emphasizes joint alignment, muscle activation, and appropriate progression/modification for individual needs.

Where: Goodwater Brewery
740 Marshall Ave, Williston, VT 05495

When: Sunday, February 5th 11:00AM to 12:00PM

Cost: $20 (Includes the cost of the yoga class and 1 alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage)

*We accept cash or card upon arrival*

*Please bring a mat, blocks, and whatever else you need to participate if you have them (We can provide some equipment)*

*Limit to first 20 participants*
