To all the parties that showed interest in my three unit property at 38 Stowe St.. I will be holding an open house on Sunday, January 29 from 11 AM to 2 PM. Please DO NOT go to the front door. Come in the driveway and go into the three season porch, that is the entrance to my part of the house.

Any and all persons who intend on submitting an offer need to have a letter from their bank stating that they can afford a mortgage for that amount and/or have a letter from the bank stating that they have enough money for a cash offer.

As I mentioned in my original post, I am only dealing with buyers directly and not people represented by a buyers agent. I am also not using a sellers agent.

All offers will be looked at and at the end of the open house the offer that is accepted will be contacted by the end of that day.
