The Special Olympics Vermont Penguin Plunge is a beloved winter event where participants raise funds to take a dip in Lake Champlain. Each year the event raises 30% of the Special Olympics Vermont operating budget, and its success is critical to the organization's ability to support a community of over 5,000 Vermonters.
