Hey neighbors!

The proposed school budget is up for Board approval tomorrow night. There are some hard and important decisions to be made by the Board about proposed cuts to several positions, including several Unified Arts positions in the district (notably the STEAM program at Flynn!!). The public comment period at the beginning of the meeting is our opportunity to let the Board know just how important these programs and positions are to our sense of what makes a good education in 2023 and beyond.
