About the workshop presenter: Nancy Milholland MA received her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver. She brings many years of counseling and life experience to mindfulness practice her work with adults, couples and groups.
This workshop is the culmination of her training in MBSR through Mindful Leader, a well-known online program based on the original Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methods formed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness Medicine.
