Sun Do is an ancient holistic practice that includes yoga postures, structured breathing meditation, and exercises to increase strength and flexibility.

We are offering a new 6-week series for beginners starting on Wednesday, 1/25, from 5:00 to 6:30, at the Clothes Pin Factory at 1 Granite Street, Montpelier. You can try the first class with no obligation to complete the series.
