Take time to direct your attention to your energy body, stimulating the flow of energy and removing stuck areas with flowing exercises and long-held postures.
Enjoy a slow-paced meditation on energy combined with tuning forks and learning about the chakras as the subtle energy supports your relaxation.
Why practice Yin?
Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of things; yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect. In the body, the relatively stiff connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) are yin, while the more mobile and pliable muscles and blood are yang.
Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative,
Come allow some inner space and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
