Chair Yoga at Twin Valley Senior Center will be each Monday at 1:00 PM starting January 23, 2023. The suggested donation is $5.00 for each class. Chair Yoga combines gentle movements to gain strength and improve flexibility while providing physical support with a chair. It's fun and geared to beginners as well as long-term yoga students.
