The Steer Roast is a chance to eat great food and see the work of young, talented artists in the area. Your host, the Black Fly Collective, is a new arts collective and marketing agency with several local members: Connor Gallagher, Joe Rittling, David Woodham, Mary Lacy, Aaron Levison, and Laura Heaberlin. All of us at the Black Fly Collective are proud to invite you to see our most recent projects--from photography and videography, to music and murals. All of this will accompany a traditional Argentinian Steer Roast, cooked on a (approximately) 20 foot, originally made, "Steer Roaster". Tickets are $20 and limited (children under 10 are free).
