Join us from home for this fun winter art workshop! New Hampshire artist Amy Fortier will lead participants through the steps to create beautiful mandala images in a Zoom workshop offered from 4:00-5:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 22nd. The workshop is co-sponsored by the Greensboro Free Library and Cabot Public Library and is free and open to all ages. Although Amy has been drawing since she was a child, she first showed her work publicly in 2011, when she applied to paint a 4-foot-tall fiberglass pig as part of Hanover's 250th anniversary celebration. Since then, she has exhibited her work extensively and taught workshops devoted to creating and painting mandalas. Participants will need to pick up copies of the workshop handout the week before or request an electronic copy to print at home; otherwise, only a pencil and paper are needed.
