Reviewing the proposed FY24 (2023-2024) Town budget with possible approval. Action possible.

5:20 Considering increased fees for DRB appeals, from $105/appeal to $150/appeal + $10/abutter mailing. Action possible. (This may be moved down the agenda to accommodate the MVFD meeting.)

5:30 Joint Monthly Meeting with the MVFD. Action possible.

5:45 Highway Report: updates on Town highway issues. Action possible.

6:00 2023 Town Meeting Preparation: reviewing a draft Warning for the March 7, 2023, Town Meeting. Discussion about pending legislation permitting floor-vote towns to again hold Town Meeting via Australian ballot. Preliminary review of the 2022 Select Board report. Action unlikely.

6:20 Setting a date for a Special Meeting to approve the March 7, 2023, Annual Town Meeting Warning and, if necessary, decide on whether Town Meeting should be held in person at Rumney School or by Australian ballot. Action likely.

6:30 Treasurer Report: update on Town financial issues. Action possible
