It's almost time for the Stars and Stripes Festival and Parade on Saturday, July 19th. The day starts with a 5K race to benefit local LSC students and then it's time for the HUGE parade at 10 am. Local roads will be closed by 9:30 a.m. to accomodate the parade safely. Then the family fun and festivities move into Bandstand Park....the Crunchy Western Boys will play from 11:15 am to 2:15 pm and then it's time for a reunion of the popular Sutton River Band from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Of course, there will be food...don't miss the ever popular Lyndonville Rotary tent!...crafters, clowns, vendors, games and more! The day is capped by a Park Dance from 6 pm to 9 pm with the BelAirs, who will be performing for the 25th year! Welcome old friends and bring some new ones! Something for the whole family at this drug and alcohol free event! On Sunday, there will be a Worship in the Park at 10 am to benefit the Lyndon Area Ecumenical Council. See you at the 34th Annual Stars and Stripes Festival and Parad.
