8 week series class - Self-defense and empowerment for Girls + (non binary and other marginalized genders welcome) 7-12 years. Thursdays 4-4:55pm 4/6-5/25

Come explore your power (and opression!) in a fun and supportive environment while learning practical tools to defend yourself. Class will include boundary setting, kicks and strikes on pads, grab releases, blocking and evasion,verbal strategies, scenario, practice and peace based self-defense philosophy. Fun and games included!

Class is held at Bethany Church (not affiliated) in Montpelier. Sliding scale $80-$160 for the series. Masks are required.

Classes are taught by Tristan Eliott (she / her), 2nd degree black belt in kajukenbo kungfu with over 20 years experience teaching kids and adults of all ages.
