8 week series class Wednesdays 4-4:55pm
4/5 - 5/24 $80-$160 sliding scale

A fun mix of tumbling, dance, creative movement, martial arts, stretching, balancing, breathing and gross motor skills for kids 4-9 years old. Kids will build self esteem while increasing body awareness, self-calming skills, joy of movement, strength, flexibility, agility, and social skills. No experience needed.

Classes are taught by Tristan Elliott (she/her), 2nd degree black belt in kajukenbo kung fu, certified integrated therapist, and former professional dancer with over 20 years experience teaching kids and adults of all ages.
