Kids 4-9 years and their adult caretakers have a chance to konnect through movement. Grab your favorite kiddo and come stretch, dance, balance, play, breathe and rest together. Lots of fun and games included.

$10-$25 per person sliding scale. Space is limited and Pre-registration is required - please email centralvermontselfdefense@gmail.com to sign up. Class will be held at Bethany Church (not affiliated) in Montpelier.
