There are a few spots left in our in-person group class "Preparation for Birth" with Kristin Martins, full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator of The Birthing Trail. This is a great class for birthing people and a support person to come prepare for the end of pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Learn what to expect, how to prepare, comfort measures, resources, and more to leave you feeling increased confidence! You will also get the opportunity to meet other expectant parents in the area!
