The Racevermont.com Sprint/ Duathlon Race is this Saturday, July 5 at Shelburne Beach. Race start time is 8am. The race consists of a 500 yd swim, 15.8 Bike, 3.1 Run. The swim (8:00-8:45) starts and ends at the Boat Ramp at Shelburne Beach. The bike portion (8:15-9:45) will affect Beach Rd, Greenbush Rd, Ferry Rd, and Lake Rd. Shelburne Police will be at the intersections of Beach/Greenbush, Lake/Greenbush, and Ferry/Greenbush. Bikers will be moving in one direction/lane. The run portion (9:00-10:45) will affect Beach Rd, Greenbush up to Orchard, and Orchard.
There is Race Day registration 6:45-7:45 for an additional $10. This race is for individuals only. No teams. Registrants must show a photo ID. Payment can be made by check, cash, Visa or MC.

Please volunteer at this weekends Sprint / Duathlon event, Saturday, July 5. The follow spots are open:
* 1- Food- 7:30-10:45...Prep and distribute food and drinks.
* 2- Road Marshals- 7:30-9:45...Corner of Greenbush/Lake.
* 2- Water Station- 9:00-10:30...Orchard Rd
