Report from the RCC speaker's panel subcommittee on their recommendations for speakers, and further discussion to include:

- the theme of our speaker panel and decide on the title of this public education event.
- the process by which we might receive questions from the public, collate those questions, and share them with speakers.

8:15 Review and approve the RCC report for 2022 for the Richmond Town Annual Report.

8:25 Conservation Reserve Fund (CRF) request from us, the RCC, for funds for to compensate the speakers in our upcoming speaker series.
