Hi! I'm excited to be hosting a recurring Intuitive Eating Skill Building workshop through Access CVU!

In search of concrete ways to apply the principles of intuitive eating to your own life and stop battling with your body? Look no further! This four-session class will help you identify the biggest areas of need in your life related to the intuitive eating principles. Then, you will have an opportunity to create a plan with guided exercises to help you out of the diet trap, all with the help of a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

This class is open to students of all ages.

Students will receive individualized tasks to help with whatever aspects of intuitive eating they may be struggling with, as well as a resource bank for suggested podcasts, books, accounts to follow, etc.
