Hello! I'm excited to be hosting an Introduction to Intuitive Eating Workshop through Access CVU on 9 February.

If you're tired of dieting, obsessing over food and your body, and losing time, money and happiness to limiting what you eat, come learn about Intuitive Eating! Intuitive Eating offers you a way out of being at war with food and your body. This introductory workshop will guide you through the principles of intuitive eating and several ways to apply them to your own life.

This class is open to students of all ages.

Students will receive an at-a-glance document of the principles of intuitive eating as well as a few specific tools related to the most common struggles with adopting intuitive eating.
