I'm excited to begin offering a high impact dance fitness and toning class 2-days a week starting on January 9. This format will be a combination of cardio dance moves and strength training using your own body weight (ie: no equipment needed). As a trained dancer and a group fitness instructor of 15 years I have lots of experience and energy to share with you!
Classes are 45 minutes long with the intention of maximizing your time to strengthen and tone as well as gain confidence and boost endorphins. I believe there's no better way to start the day than by dancing your way into a happier and healthier lifestyle.
No commitment required - pop in and try one class, or commit to all 8! Ask any questions you have! I'm excited to share my love of the early mornings and dance with you!
