Hello, happy new year to all the towns reading this. Just wanted to point out some news coming up for the town of Jericho. On January 11 from 7pm to 9pm there will be a development review board meeting for the property on 91 Governor Peck road, this will affect governor Peck Road, all neighbors, abutting to this property including Richmond neighbors and roadways. The developer who has purchased the land wants to start off by putting 17 houses on the agricultural side of the property in Jericho using a PUD zoning aspect with an open space Lots houses would be then allowed to be on a 2.5 to 3 acre lot size rather than a 10 acre lot size as dictated by the town of Jericho Vermont zoning rules. For all concerned parties that want to attend this meeting please contact the town of Jericho administrator as this will affect many surrounding this property including proposals for future developments down the Richmond side, which will be even more houses being developed in this area as well.
