Head to toe Fitness (AKA Body By Bootcamp)
Is gearing up to start January 12,2023 at the old Parish Hall in Hyde Park,
Now known as Hyde Park Community Center.
Start time is 5:30
$10 a class or you can purchase the 6 weeks for $50
Classes will be 45 min and all are welcome.
The first series will be movement for everyone!
Fitness is for everyone!
It's never to late to start your journey!
