A fun mix of tumbling, martial arts, dance, creative movement, stretching, balancing and gross motor skills. Kids Konnect to body, mind, spirit and community, while building self-esteem, body awareness, strength, flexibility, agility, social skills and self-control. Lots of fun and games included! No experience necessary.

This is a one day workshop. We are also offering an 8 week class series in April / May on Wednesdays 4-4:55pm. And, check out our Kids & Adults Konnect workshop on March 25th! Class size is limited and pre-registration is required. Classes are held at Bethany Church (not affiliated) in Montpelier.
