Seamus Egan & Yann Falquet concert in Lincoln

Hello & Happy New Year!

Sat. Jan 7 we welcome Seamus Egan and Yann Falquet to the Ripton Community Coffee House at Burnham Hall in Lincoln.

Seamus Egan and Yann Falquet are both master entertainers known for their distinctive sound, sense of humor and stage presence.

Seamus Egan won all-Ireland championship on four different instruments by the time he was 14. He founded the powerhouse band Solas as their band leader for 20 years before becoming a composer and solo performer. As a performer, few others can claim such skillful proficiency with as many instruments or with such complexity making it seem so remarkably effortless.

Seamus will be joined in concert, with Yann Falquet, an active and creative acoustical guitar player on the Quebecois music scene.

Over the years Yann has developed a personal guitar style illustrative of Quebec folk music as well as taught his guitar style at the Irish World Academy.
