Join Lake Paran's Cabin Fever Cooking Class: Featuring Favorites from the Former Brasserie at Bennington Potters.
Lead by Chef Michael Mahar, demonstrations will include Brasserie staples including the Chocolate Roulage Leontine, the essential french omelette, and the egg in American cuisine. The class will incorporate some hands on elements, tasting, and demonstrations. Each participant will leave with recipes demonstrated in class and hearts reminiscent for the days of the Brasserie.

When: Sunday, January 22nd from 1pm-4pm
Cost: $45.00 per participant, includes professional demonstrations, take home recipes, skill development, and tastings.

Chef Michael Mahar was the Chef at the Brasserie at Bennington Potters from 1970 - 1975. His various endeavors include:
