The Selectboard is holding a hearing on their proposed FY 2024 budget this Wednesday, January 4th at 7pm. The hearing is your opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and provide input before the town budget is finalized.
Budget documents are available at https://www.hinesburg.org/budget/pages/municipal-budget-documents. The Draft Budget Overview explains decreases in revenue and increases in expenditures with estimates for their impact on our property taxes; the Draft Capital Budget narrative shows the five-year plan for the town's capital projects with the amounts to be transferred in 2024 highlighted in yellow.
The Selectboard would like to hear your questions and comments on the budget this Wednesday. Please come to ask questions, make suggestions, or just listen.
