The 123rd annual Audubon Christmas Bird Count is now in full swing! (Many participants now refer to the event as the Winter Bird Count). The Hinesburg Circle count will take place This SATURDAY, December 31st! I will be covering a sector of the circle which includes Starksboro (roads off Main Road and Gore Road as well as Big Hollow and Shaker Mtn Roads) and Huntington village(s). You may see observers with binoculars looking and counting birds at feeders as well as in various habitats.

If you are filling feeders this year, please top them off for 12/31. And if you'd like to welcome us onto your property, or around the backside of your home, please respond to me by email! Thanks!
