What is a gong bath? During a "gong bath" you are "bathing" in the gong's vibrations, much like water in a traditional bath.

If you join me, you will simply be lying down on your mat or towel, in a comfortable position where you can be still, get cozy, cover yourself with a blanket, support your head with a pillow (if you wish) and simply soak in the gong's sounds and vibrations. All you are required to do is show up to absorb the therapeutic sounds and vibrations. Nothing else. #selfcare

Benefits may include relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, grounding, calming a busy mind, and much more. #ahhh
