6:25 P.M. Woodbury Fund Committee appointments – Norman Etkind

6:30 P.M. Larry Eldred – Status of Fire Alarm system for library building, and status of PFAS in the school water supply system. Should we be putting either of these in the budget for FY24 or are they more urgent (in which case will be over budget and town may have to borrow)

6:45 P.M. Road Commissioner's Report

7:00 P.M. Town Meeting Warning – special articles
1. Moving Town Meeting to Saturday – board already approved
2. Having voters approve any zoning changes, as allowed by law.
"Shall the voters of the Town be empowered to approve any amendments, additions or revisions to the Woodbury Zoning Bylaw, by Australian Ballot at a regular or special Town Meeting? ( Otherwise, the Select Board has the authority to adopt any such changes.) See 24 VSA Chapter 117, 4442(c)(2)
