Hi Neighbors!

Please don't forget to RSVP for the annual Eastwoods block party will on July 12 from 5 pm to 8:30 pm.

Please RSVP to Alesia at Henryclear@msn.com. Let her know how many are coming from your houselold, and how many hot dogs and burgers we should prepare for you. Also let her know if you will help with set up, greeting, cooking, serving, or clean-up. We also need to borrow folding tables, coolers, and pop up shelters for rain/shade.

Location is the North end of Orchard Rd. We'll have a band, a facepainter, and ll bring a bunch of hula hoops and offer lessons.

The neighborhood will provide hotdogs, hamburgers and beverages.

You should bring a side dish or dessert large enough to serve 6 - 8. Please label ingredients, and please bring a serving utensil. Don't forget folding chairs and bug spray.

The event is free, but an RSVP helps the planning team know how much to buy.
