Agenda Item 4. Greta Brunswick of Northwest Regional Planning Commission, which is drafting a new Town Plan for South Hero, will present draft maps and descriptions of proposed Land Use: Village Core and Village Neighborhood planning areas.

Agenda Item 11. Petition to reduce the size of the Village Zoning Districts (dense development with no minimum lot size) from ~634 acres to ~66 acres.
