Have you ever been interested in trying out some snowshoes? They can provide a great way to explore on- and off-trail in the Winter. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Just bring a willingness to have fun in the snow!

We'll meet at Chipman Hill in the morning, get you set up with a quick snowshoe how-to and then you'll be able to complete the scavenger hunt at your own pace! This hunt will lead you up Chipman Hill with a list of things to look for along the way. At the end we'll have a fire and hot cocoa at an overlook.

Snowshoes will be provided. Dress warmly, bring a phone or camera to take photos with, and bring your own trekking poles if you would like. Drop in whenever you'd like between 9:30AM – 12:30PM. Snowshoes must be returned by 1:30PM. Registration is Required. Register online at maltvt.org/events
