FY24 Budget Workshop

5:05 Meeting with rbTechnologies to discuss the Town's future IT needs and budgeting accordingly. rbTech owner Rubin Bennett to attend. Action possible.

5:25 Meeting with incoming Washington County Sheriff Marc Poulin to discuss sheriff-department staffing and proposed increases in patrolling rates. Action unlikely.

5:45 Capital Planning Committee to outline progress in capital-improvement planning and discussions of budgeting for these big-ticket items. Action possible.

6:15 Continued discussion about the FY24 Town budget including office expenses, Planning Commission and other expenses as well as wages. Action possible.

6:45 Treasurer's Report: update on Town finances. Action possible

7:00 Highway Department Report: update on the Highway Department and road conditions. Action possible.
