A. HW Ventures LLC, owner/applicant, has submitted an application for Variance approval for deviation of dimensional standards of the FC zoning district and to utilize existing Ted Rd to facilitate creation of 2 additional lots. The property is located at 345 North Rd, described as Parcel# 216020-000000/ SPAN 396-123-11413. It is located in the Agricultural/Residential (R5) and Forestry/Conservation/Scenic Ridgeline (FC) zoning districts, and the East Milton Planning area.
