HEARING OF APPEALS AND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS
1. Applicant/property owner CM Real Estate LLC seeks §630 Conditional Use & $500 Site Plan Approval to strike Condition #8 of Permit 2020-053 that required a ground floor commercial use at 661 LaPorte Rd (Parcel 07007-2) in the Commercial Zone.
2. Property owner Lamoille Kennels Inc. requests §630 Conditional Use in the Rural Residential Agricultural Zone under $435 Expansion of Non-Conforming Use to construct a new building on Parcel 08057 adjacent to 102 Vermont Made Acres for a maker/co-working space. (5500 Site Plan Approval will be requested at a future hearing if the Conditional Use requested is granted.)
3. Applicant/ landowner 165 Beacon Hill LLC requests $750 Final Plat Approval for a $510 Conservation Subdivision in the Low Density Residential Zone that creates 8 new house lots and an open space offset area from a portion of 34.39 acre Parcel 13021-11-1, with the proposed house lots fronting on new development roads that access Beacon Hill. (This application will be heard under the 2021 version of the Zoning Bylaws.)
4. Applicant/ landowner SSM Properties is seeking 5630 Conditional Use and $500 Site Plan Approval in the Medium Density Residential Zone to add the Dwelling Unit Two-Family use to Parcels 23-202 & 23-202-1 at 166 Maple Street for the future construction of a duplex on each lot.
