With this being a new class, it will start where it is. Arrive as you are, the class will evolve as it will. After offering many new classes over the years, I found that classes evolve quickly in the beginning and that it' makes more sense to let that process happen instead of trying to stuff it neatly into a marketable package. Yoga is an evolutionary process, and so too are classes. We can name the class together. Email me with questions.
