Hi All,

Just want to let folks know that I am offering a candlelit Winter Solstice yoga practice for all levels at Soulshine Yoga in Burlington this coming Sunday (12/18).

This workshop will focus on honoring the darkest day of the year and the cycle of rebirth that this day represents. The session will begin with a physically active practice, followed by deeply restorative postures accompanied by essential oils.
