Joslin is hosting our 3rd annual Winter Solstice Celebration next Sunday, December 18th! Join us in the park from 4-5:30 to celebrate the shortest days of the year and share some hopes for the longer ones ahead. We'll have a campfire, shadow puppet shows, puppet-making, tea, treats, and songs. This year, performer, composer, and all-around-cool-guy Matt LaRocca along with the fabulous Heather LaRocca of the Waterbury Children's Room will lend their voices to lead our singalong! All ages are welcome to come to this free event, and we encourage folks to bring along an instrument or a favorite campfire song to share. No registration necessary. Be sure to dress for the weather, and we look forward to celebrating the light with you!
