We will be holding a public hearing to explain details of the new state legislation that governs the protection of trees in the public right of way and the authority of town tree wardens. It will be an opportunity for the Charlotte Shade Tree Task Force to gather public opinion about a proposed Shade Tree Protection Plan for the town.
