Workshop Series: Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Time: 6:00-7:30pm at Yoga Lab
Price: $80 for all 4 classes or $25/class

Reset your nervous system with Jessica during a 90-minute healing experience with reiki-infused yin yoga and yoga nidra for deep relaxation. This class will provide you the opportunity to peel back the layers of stress and go deep within yourself, physically and emotionally.

What to expect:
-A one-hour yin yoga practice
-Receive reiki, an ancient energy healing therapy, while resting in the yin poses
-A 30-minute guided yoga nidra practice
