Grief comes with no how to manual, there is no one who can navigate the journey for you. However, having someone to talk to can help you to stumble less and process better. On the second Wednesday of every month at 5:30 please consider joining me , Becki Lund, at the Brandon Free Public Library. I am an End-Of-Life Doula, a Certified Grief Coach as well as a Reiki Practitioner. We welcome anyone and everyone who is traversing any type or level of grief.
