Stop by the Simpson Library in East Craftsbury this Saturday to meet local writer Elisabet der Nederlanden, author of the book "Holiday Cookies: showstopping recipes to sweeten the season". Elisabet will have some cookie samples available for tasting and will be joining Robin Wright around the ping pong table (which will double as an art workshop table), for informal visiting and bookmark-making. Robin will share a variety of techniques for making bookmarks. Take one home for your next read, or give one away this holiday season as a beautiful and practical gift.
