Fresh sourdough starter is wonderful to have at your disposal. Bread, pancakes, waffles, buns...
there are so many delicious recipes calling for it. The key is to create and maintain your sourdough starter so that it is healthy, happy, and ready to go when you need it.
This workshop by Jim Haas, head baker of Rise Up Bakery, will be a great source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers. Unlike the virtual workshops, this will be a very hands-on experience.
You will be creating your own sourdough boule, and during this process, the instructor will be individually checking on each participant's dough progress and helping avoid potential mistakes. This personal interaction is absolutely essential.

– how to make your own sourdough starter
