Looking to meet some new, like-minded people? What about combining a total body workout with some socializing? This is the class for you! In this monthly meet-up, we will start with a 45-minute full body strength workout, ensuring that we hit all of the major muscle groups. Once we have worked up a sweat, we will cool down with local beverages while we chat. Class size is limited. Must be 21+.
