Join our most popular class! Bread, pancakes, waffles, buns… there are so many delicious recipes you can make with your own healthy sourdough that is ready to go when you want. This workshop will be a great source of knowledge for both new and experienced home bakers. Unlike the virtual workshops, this class will be a very hands-on experience. You will create your own sourdough boule, and we will check each participant's dough progress. This personal interaction is very helpful and essential.
What you will learn and do during the workshop:
– overview of flours and benefits
– how to create and your maintain your own wheat sourdough starter
– troubleshooting
– baker's math overview
– kneading, folding, forming, scoring and baking
What to bring:
– A notepad and a pen to make notes
– An apron
– A desire and motivation to learn new things
