The High Blood Pressure Management Workshop (also known as Health Coaches for Hypertension Control) is a proven, small group program developed to help participants take care of managing their high blood pressure at home. Topics of discussion include nutrition, physical activity, medication management, stress management and others.
Workshop dates: Mondays starting December 19, 1 pm - 2:30 pm. We will not meet December 26 or January 2 and will end February 20.
This workshop is offered both in person at Primary Care Newport in the Community Room or online via Zoom.
