NorthWoods Stewardship Center and the Children's Literacy Foundation (CLiF) will host a FREE storytelling event with author Jim Arnosky on December 3rd at 11:00am in the NorthWoods Lodge in East Charleston. This event is open to all and there will be free books given away to all children in attendance.
Jim Arnosky is the author and illustrator of over 100 books on subjects related to nature. He is also the illustrator of more than 40 other books written by various authors. He has been awarded the Christopher Medal, Orbis Pictus Honor, ALA Gordon Award, and Outstanding Science book awards from National Science Teacher Associations. Jim was born in New York City and raised in Pennsylvania. Since 1976, he and his family have lived in an old farmhouse in Vermont.
