Understanding Negative Coping Strategies in Caregiving

Past event
Nov 30, 2022, 9 to 11 AM

This is the second training in a series of four that aims to inform and support caregivers and the ones they care for. This training will focus on identifying negative coping strategies, why they occur, and ways to prevent them from becoming an issue. We'll touch on the types of caregivers, their roles and how they are impacted. We'll focus on behavioral health and issues, mental health care and self care. There will be an opportunity for discussion along the way and information about how to obtain help and support.

This event is free and open to all. Come join us at the Alburgh Public Library, Wednesday morning from 9-11. Bring a friend and join the caregiver conversation.
