SAXTONS RIVER CELEBRATES YULEFEST

The Village of Saxtons River is inviting everyone to a Yulefest Sunday, Dec. 4 from 3 to 7 p.m. featuring a tree lighting at the historical society and visits with Santa at Main Street Arts. Local crafters, cocoa, cookies, kids' activities, a choo-choo train and the traditional Yule log are also on the docket, as well as Smokin' Bowls with food and PK's Irish Pub with adult beverages for sale. The a cappella group Shoulder Narrows begins the festivities with a free concert at 3 p.m. at 24 Main (f.k.a. Christ's Church), also site of a children's craft fair. Information on the MSA website.
